Woodland Ribs & Rods

Catch us in Woodland for our first ever KCBS sanctioned competition! COTATI BBQ COMPANY is heading to the 2nd annual Woodland Ribs & Rods Rib Cook-Off & Car Show on Saturday, September 12th from 10am to 4pm, going head to head with 29 championship teams in a KCBS one-meat ribs contest for cash prizes, KCBS points, and bragging rights. Come walk Rib Alley and taste ribs from every competing pitmaster, then vote for your favorite. There are classic cars all day, a beer garden for the 21 and up crowd, food and specialty vendors, BBQ demos, and family-friendly activities. The event is hosted by the Myndz Resources Foundation and supports behavioral health services, youth development, and family resources in the community.

Burning Ham 2026

Join us again at the 12th annual Burning Ham BBQ cookoff on Saturday, September 19th from Noon to 5pm! COTATI BBQ COMPANY took 3rd place in ribs last year and returns to compete for best pork ribs & pulled pork. BBQ teams and guests come from around Sonoma County and the Bay Area for endless tastes of Pulled Pork, Bacon Sides, Baby Back Ribs, Whole Roasted Pig, and Bacon Desserts. It is a great family-friendly day with games, food and drink, and entertainment for all. The best part is that every dollar raised goes directly to serve under-resourced kids in Sonoma County.
